We respect the privacy of our customers and do not share any personal information with third parties. We use WIX secure servers to process all transactions and protect customer data.
We offer free shipping on all orders via express shipping with any of two shipping companies - UPS or FedEx. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the receiver's location. Usually our customers receives their orders in up to 7 calendar days after placing the order, but, due to possible unforeseen circumstances, we promise to deliver your order within 10 business days.
Once your airplane metal silhouette is crafted and prepared to be shipped, we send the notification email with a tracking number and link included.
Order processing time:
Our maximum turnaround time from the moment you place your order to the time you receive it is 10 business days.
Please note that all of our metal frame silhouettes are crafted on-demand or based on the amount of orders we receive. Due to this, they are not shipped immediately after placing an order. The process of crafting each metal frame silhouette usually takes about 3 business days.
Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving purchase. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling charges. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
We accept major credit / debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay ang Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
